All new licenses includes a one-year software maintenance agreement that covers:
- Unlimited access to all minor and major updates released in the period.
- Highest priority for implementation of requested features, or other improvements to the software.
- Highest priority for fixing reported software errors (bugs).
- Free technical support by e-mail.
Beyond the initial one-year period, you may renew this software maintenance agreement annually.
By renewing you will continue to get free access all updates and prioritized support by e-mail.
When you install updates released more than one year after you purchased your license, you may get a message
telling you that the software maintenance agreement has expired.
This means that to use the version you just installed you will have to renew the software maintenance agreement.
Please note that you can run any update released within one year from your purchase without renewing the maintenance.
