All licenses are perpetual and will allow you to use the software indefinitely.
For the first year, the license also entitles you to download all updates to the software and to receive technical support. After the one-year period ends, you can choose to remain with the last version downloaded, or to purchase software maintenance for another year.

All online transactions are handled by PayPro Global which is an authorized e-Commerce reseller. PayPro offers 24/7 English phone support for online payment related issues. PayPro provide 72 traditional, international and local payment methods, over 110 currencies worldwide.

Please contact sales for optional payment methods (e.g.: Purchase orders).

All new licenses include an one-year software maintenance agreement that covers the following:

• Free minor and major upgrades, for example from v10.x to v11.x.
• Free technical support by e-mail.
• Highest priority for solving software errors (bugs).

This software maintenance agreement may be renewed when it expires after one year. Software maintenance is optional and you're free to choose not to continue the maintenance program.
If you do not renew the software maintenance after the first year, your license(s) will continue to work as normal, but you may not be able to install and use the latest updates.
