License Information

All licenses are perpetual and will allow you to use the software indefinitely.
For the first year, the license also entitles you to download and use all updates to the software and to receive technical support. After the one-year period ends, you can choose to remain with the last version downloaded, or to purchase software maintenance for another year.

Software Maintenance

All new licenses include an one-year software maintenance agreement that covers the following:

Free major upgrades, for example from v11.x to v12.x.
Free minor updates and bug fixes.
Highest priority for solving reported software errors (bug fixes).
Highest priority for requested features, or other improvements to the software.
Free technical support by e-mail.

This software maintenance agreement may be renewed when it expires after one year. Software maintenance is optional and you're free to choose not to continue the maintenance program.
If you do not renew the software maintenance after the first year, your license(s) will continue to work as normal, but you may not be able to install and use the latest software updates.
